Core the melon and cut out 12 balls with a cutter. Drain the mozzarella balls and drain well. Cut the ham into strips and fold them a little.
Place the mozzarella, basil, melon and ham alternately on wooden skewers.
Wash the thyme and oregano, spin dry and chop the leaves very finely. Mix the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, thyme and oregano into a vinaigrette and season with salt and pepper.
Arrange the skewers on plates and drizzle with the vinaigrette.
