Heat the water to room temperature, dissolve the yeast in it, add salt and sugar.
When air bubbles appear (this indicates that the yeast is good), add eggs to a bowl of water. Adding half of the sifted flour in small portions, whisk the dough until smooth.
Melt the butter on low power in the microwave and pour half into the dough. Add more flour and knead the dough. Start by kneading the dough in a bowl.
It is more convenient to finish the batch on the table. The dough should turn out to be non-taut, homogeneous, light, and lagging behind the hands. Leave the dough in a warm place to rise for 40-50 minutes, cover with a towel.
Crumple the dough that comes up and divide it into 10 equal parts. Using a rolling pin, roll out a layer the size of a shape from each piece.
Lubricate the mold with vegetable oil and spread it layer by layer, smearing each layer of dough with melted butter. Grease the last layer with butter and rub with sesame seeds. Place in a warm place for another 20 minutes.
Bake the Arabian tortilla with sesame seeds until golden brown on top in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 35-40 minutes.
Peel and cool before slicing. Serve an Arabian tortilla with honey. This is delicious!
