Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the honey, sesame seeds, 2 tablespoons soy sauce and garlic and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together the egg white, the teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce and cornstarch with a whisk. Wash the chicken breast, cut into strips and add, and mix with a tablespoon until everything is evenly marinated.
  3. Heat two tablespoons of sesame oil in a wok over medium heat and add the marinated chicken strips. Sauté the meat for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it is golden brown.
  4. While the chicken is frying, cook the broccoli, cut into florets, in boiling water for about 7 minutes until al dente.
  5. Now pour the chopped spring onions and honey-soy sauce over the chicken. The broccoli that has drained in the sieve can now also be added to the wok. Stir everything well, bring to the boil for another minute and serve with basmati rice.
