Wash the potatoes well, brush them off and cook with the skin on, drain them and let them evaporate briefly. Peel it if you like, you can leave the peel on and cut it into quarters.
Briefly brown the sesame seeds in the pan without fat, add the butter and let it melt. Turn the potatoes in it and season with herb salt and pepper.
We have these potatoes as a side dish or with a quark or sour cream dip as a light dinner.
