Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in the saucepan, stir the rice in it and let it roast for a few minutes. Pour in the broth and oil, bring to a boil, cover tightly and simmer very gently for 15-25 minutes until the liquid has evaporated / absorbed. In the meantime, toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan and stir into the rice, then serve.
