Instructions

  1. Mix the breadcrumbs with the sesame seeds and best place the mixture in a deep plate. Beat the egg in a second deep plate and beat it open with a fork. Season the egg well with salt and pepper. Put the flour in a third deep plate and place all three plates close to the stove.
  2. Pat the meat very dry with kitchen paper so that there is no more liquid on the meat. Now turn in flour first, shaking off any excess well. Then they turn the meat in the egg and finally in the sesame coating.
  3. Heat the frying pan with a mixture of oil and clarified butter. The correct temperature has been reached when small bubbles form on the wooden spatula. Now the meat is placed in the pan and baked on both sides at the same heat until the breading is crispy. Turn the schnitzel only once. Remove from the pan and drain well on paper towels.
  4. Serve hot with the side dishes of your choice.
