Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Wash the sharon fruit, remove the flower and cut the fruit with the skin into pieces. If you use persimmon, you should peel the fruit, as persimmon shells are rather bitter. Put all ingredients in a blender and mix for about 1 minute on the highest level. If it is too thick for you, you can add some vegetable milk.
The recipe makes 2 small glasses. Vegans should use an appropriate sweetener instead of honey.
