Chop the pepper in the blender and strain the liquid through a sieve. Crumble the sheep`s cheese and mix with the quark and sour cream. Press the garlic, add it and mix everything with the paprika. The peppers should be well drained so that the dip does not become liquid.
For the Thermomix: quarter the peppers, remove the seeds, chop in the mixing bowl for 3 seconds at setting 6.5, strain the bell peppers, break the feta cheese into approx. Four parts without liquid, in the mixing bowl for 2 seconds at setting 4, with the remaining ingredients in mix in a bowl.
