Chop the bell pepper, sheep cheese and shallots as indicated above and place in a bowl along with a drained can of kidney beans and a small can of corn. Chop the herbs and sprinkle over them.
Mix a salad dressing with the remaining ingredients and pour over the ingredients. Mix well and let it steep for at least 2 hours, then it tastes best.
The dressing is the most important component. It should be very strong and have a clear, sweet and sour taste (goes great with the corn). For this reason, the oil plays a rather subordinate role in contrast to honey and maple syrup. Taste the dressing and change it to your taste.
This salad goes wonderfully with grilled meat in summer.
