Instructions

  1. Halve the avocado, scrape out the meat with a teaspoon and place in a bowl. Cut the sheep`s cheese into small cubes and add the lemon juice to the avocado meat. Now puree everything with the hand blender. Then add the yogurt, garlic and chilli flakes and mix everything well. Let it steep for 2 hours and then serve.
