Place the sheep`s cheese in a lightly oiled, fire-proof dish.
Dice the tomatoes, cut the peppers into fine strips and cut the onions and peppers into fine rings. Spread everything on the sheep`s cheese. Season the olive oil with salt, pepper and the herbs of Provence and pour over the sheep`s cheese.
Put the whole thing in the preheated oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
Baguette, ciabatta or flatbread go well with this.
