Instructions

  1. Mash the potatoes and place in a bowl.
  2. Finely chop the onion and thinly slice the tomatoes.
  3. Add the flour, oil, yogurt, eggs, sheep cheese, pressed garlic, chives and onion to the potatoes and whisk well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Put the dough in a greased springform pan and spread the tomato slices on top. Sprinkle with the grated parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake in a hot oven at 190 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 30 - 40 minutes (depending on the oven).
