Instructions

  1. Finely mash the sheep`s cheese with a fork. Mix with yogurt and oil. Season with pepper.
  2. Cut the peppers into fine rings and garnish the dip with them.
  3. Tastes good with baguette bread as a starter in Greek dishes. Also not bad at a buffet.
