• 200 g sheep cheese
• 200 g cream cheese with herbs
• 150 g yourt
• 0.5 ½ glass ajvar
• 1 onion (s)
• 3 spring onion (s)
• 1 clove garlic
• 0.5 ½ pack herbs, frozen (8 herbs or herbs Provence)

Instructions

1. Do not puree the sheep`s cheese, cream cheese and yoghurt too finely and then stir in the ajvar. Finely dice the onion, cut the spring onions into fine rings, press the garlic cloves through and mix everything with the herbs into the dip.
