Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain. Chop the sheep`s cheese into small cubes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a larger pan. Put the noodles in the pan, add the egg and mix with the noodles. Reduce the heat a little and mix in the diced sheep cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
