• 100 g hot peppers, fresh

Instructions

1. Lay out 4 large rectangles of aluminum foil. Brush each of them with a tablespoon of good olive oil.
2. Cut the sheep`s cheese into even slices. Peel the onion and cut into strips. Also cut the tomato peppers into strips. Wash the fresh peppers and cut into small rings.
3. Distribute the sheep`s cheese evenly on the pieces of aluminum foil. Spread the onions, tomato peppers and peppers on the cheese.
4. Cover the cheese with aluminum foil and bake the whole thing for about 45 minutes in the preheated oven at 200 degrees.
5. Fresh flatbread tastes good with it.
