Instructions

  1. Cut the onions into rings or larger pieces.
  2. Heat a small pan and pour in a sip of water. Add the onions and sauté for approx. 3 minutes until translucent.
  3. Fill a baking dish with the chopped tomatoes (or cocktail tomatoes, leave them whole), the chopped paprika and the sliced zucchini. Add the glassy onions as well. Crumble the sheep cheese over it or layer it on top in one piece. Mix everything with a spoon.
  4. Put a small amount of vegetable stock in a cup (approx. 50 ml) and squeeze the garlic as desired. Also add the balsamic vinegar. Mix and pour over the vegetables and cheese. Chop herbs and sprinkle decoratively over them.
  5. Grill in the oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 15 - 20 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh pepper and serve.
