Instructions

  1. Cut the sheep`s cheese into small pieces. Dice paprika (red, yellow or green, depending on which color the dip should be) and mix with cream cheese, sheep`s cheese and garlic using a hand blender. Depending on the desired consistency, add a little more natural yoghurt, sour cream, cream or quark.
  2. If you like it a little hotter, you can also add chilli.
