Fry the ground beef and onions, place in a large saucepan and add the remaining ingredients. The sheep cheese should be cut into small cubes beforehand so that it dissolves better. Mix everything and season with salt, pepper and oregano. Make sure that the soup is neither too firm nor too thin (experience makes perfect!).
