Instructions

  1. Put the sheep`s cheese with the stock in a bowl to puree. Cut the onion, garlic and bell pepper into small pieces. Roughly cut the grilled peppers or tomatoes to make pureeing easier. Add the cut vegetables and tomato paste as well as the spices to the cheese and puree well. If it gets too thick, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. When the mixture is homogeneous, cover the jar and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  2. Consume either immediately or a few hours after preparation, as some water will settle after a few hours. The spread can be kept in the refrigerator for several days, but should be stirred well before further consumption.
