Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the lamb`s lettuce. Divide the sheep`s cheese into 5 pieces, wrap the bacon around so that you can`t see anything of the sheep`s cheese. Fry briefly in the pan on all sides.
  2. Dress the lamb`s lettuce with vinegar, oil, pepper, salt and salad herbs as desired. Arrange on plates with the sheep`s cheese and serve.
  3. I gave the recipe for 2 servings as a starter. But I usually eat it as a main course, then it`s just enough for me.
