Instructions

  1. Cut the bell pepper, cucumber, tomatoes and the feta cheese into even cubes. Finely chop the red onion, put everything in a bowl and season with salt, pepper and herb salt.
  2. Add the olive oil and low-fat yoghurt, mix everything and season with salt, pepper, herb salt and herbs to taste.
  3. Tastes good with grilled dishes, Greek cuisine or just herbal baguette.
