Ingredients

For the dough:

• 1 cup cream

• 100 g suar
• 100 ml cream
• 1 ½ sachet almond (s), sliced

Instructions

1. For the dough, whip the cream until stiff and stir in one after the other with the remaining ingredients. Spread on a greased rectangular baking sheet. Clean the fruit, chop if necessary and spread on top.
2. Bake in the preheated oven at 170 ° C for approx. 15 minutes.
3. In the meantime, bring the butter, sugar and cream to the boil for the topping and mix in the sliced almonds.
4. Spread on the cake and bake for another 30 minutes.
