Ingredients

For the dough:

• 3 egg (s)
• 300 g suar
• 300 ml milk
• 225 g butter
• 4 tablespoon cocoa powder
• 350 g flour
• 1 packet baking powder
• 1 packet vanilla sugar

For the cast:

• 250 g powdered suar
• 5 tablespoon coffee
• 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
• 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
• 50 g butter
• 1 bag desiccated coconut, for sprinkling

Instructions

1. Mix the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, milk, butter and cocoa powder well. Sieve the flour and baking powder and fold in a spoonful.
2. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
3. During the baking time, stir together powdered sugar, coffee, cocoa powder, vanilla sugar and butter to a smooth mass. Spread this mixture on the still warm sheet cake with a brush. Scatter coconut flakes on top.
4. After the cake has cooled down, cut it into pieces.
