Process 500 grams of flour, 1 packet of yeast, 75 grams of sugar, almost 1/4 liter of milk and 80 grams of butter into a yeast dough and let it rise in a warm place for at least 45 minutes. Then roll out on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Pudding:
While the yeast dough is rising, make the vanilla pudding. To do this, bring 1 packet of vanilla pudding to the boil with 450 ml of milk and pour it into a bowl to cool. While the pudding is cooling, it should be stirred again and again.
Then spread the pudding on the yeast dough.
Streusel:
Process 350 grams of flour, 200 grams of sugar and 200 grams of softened butter into sprinkles and spread on top of the pudding.
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake the cake for 35-40 minutes.
