Dice the shepherd`s cheese. Remove the inside of the tomatoes and also dice the pulp. Dice the onions very small.
Put everything in a bowl, add the flour and mix everything together. Knead vigorously so that, as with meatballs, a malleable mass is created. Then form small balls.
Heat a pan on the highest level and add oil or liquid margarine. Fry the shepherd`s cheese balls until golden brown. It is important that they always keep moving in the pan so that they do not stick.
