Instructions

  1. Dice the shepherd`s cheese. Remove the inside of the tomatoes and also dice the pulp. Dice the onions very small.
  2. Put everything in a bowl, add the flour and mix everything together. Knead vigorously so that, as with meatballs, a malleable mass is created. Then form small balls.
  3. Heat a pan on the highest level and add oil or liquid margarine. Fry the shepherd`s cheese balls until golden brown. It is important that they always keep moving in the pan so that they do not stick.
  4. Every type of salad tastes good with it.
