Instructions

  1. Mix the cold broth with the sherry, salt, pepper, sugar and mustard.
  2. The best way to do this is to use a magic wand. Gradually add the vinegar. Chop the shallot into fine cubes. Now gradually add the oils slowly and continue to mix with the blender. When the dressing has reached a pleasant consistency, add the chopped shallots at the end.
