Fry the diced bacon in the olive oil, add the diced turkey meat. Add the diced onions, squeezed garlic and the bay leaves and continue to sauté. Add the chopped peppers. Deglaze with about a liter of water, add vegetable stock and meat seasoning. Add the tomatoes and let everything simmer for about 45 - 60 minutes.
Season with agave syrup, pepper and salt, possibly a little more meat seasoning.
Make a very fine cashew cream from the cashew nuts with approx. 150 ml water in a mixer and add to the shashlik to set.
