Instructions

  1. Sear the meat in hot fat and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Add the onions and mushrooms and fry briefly. Dust everything with the flour, stir and deglaze with stock and cream or milk. Cover and simmer the shredded meat on low heat for about 20 minutes - the meat should be nice and soft. Season to taste with the mustard, add seasoning if necessary.
  2. Ribbon noodles, rice, baguettes or mashed potatoes are suitable as a side dish.
