Peel the onions and cut into cubes. Wash the peppers and also cut them into cubes, press the garlic. Heat the oil in a pan, then add the prawns and garlic and fry all over. Now add the onion and pepper cubes to the pan and fry them. Season with curry powder, salt and pepper. Add the couscous and sauté briefly. Then add the vegetable stock and let it soak for about 5 minutes. Mix occasionally. Finally add the lemon juice and basil and season with salt and pepper if necessary.
