  1. Halve the chilli, core and cut into fine strips, peel the garlic and press through. Clean the prawns and remove the intestines, mix with the garlic, chilli and olive oil and leave to stand in the marinade for 1-2 hours. Wash and clean the lamb`s lettuce and arrange on a plate. Peel the mango, cut ¾ of the pulp into wedges and spread in a star shape on the salad. Puree the remains of the mango for the dressing, finely chop the coriander, put some leaves aside as a decoration. Mix the mango mixture with the coriander, salt, pepper, yoghurt and the lemon juice and season with honey. Spread over the salad. Briefly let the prawns take color on each side in a pan and place them between the mango slices. Garnish with the remaining coriander leaves.
