Instructions

  1. Pluck the basil, cut the spring onions and a chilli pepper into rings and slice the garlic. Halve the cocktail tomatoes.
  2. Put all the ingredients (the amount varies according to feeling and taste) together in an aluminum grill dish without holes and place on the grill until the prawns are pink and cooked. Stir every now and then.
  3. Fresh white bread or ciabatta, with which you can also dip the last bit of sauce, tastes good with it.
  4. You can of course also do this in the oven in a casserole dish or something similar - or on the stove in a large pan. But it tastes best on a nice summer evening outdoors with a glass of cool white wine.
