For the marinade, mix all the ingredients - except for the king prawns - together well in a bowl. Add the prawns and turn in the marinade. Cover and place in the refrigerator for approx. 1 hour.
Put 4 prawns on each skewer.
Preheat the grill and grill the prawns for about 3 minutes on each side.
Tip: You can also expand the recipe and alternately stick baby corn on the cob, spring onions or red pepper pieces on the skewers.
