Cut the mango into pieces. Soak 2 skewers. Squeeze 1 lime, cut the other into slices. Peel and finely chop the clove of garlic. Make a marinade from the lime juice, the olive oil, a little water and the garlic.
Skewer the prawns, mango and lime slices alternately. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Brush with marinade while grilling.
