Thaw the prawns and rinse briefly with cold water.
Heat some olive oil (2 tablespoon) in the pan and fry the prawns, add the onions, crushed garlic and spring onions and fry until the prawns get color. Add the cherry tomatoes and peppers to the pan and fry them.
Boil about 100 - 200 ml of water (depending on how much you have) in the kettle and add to the pan. Season well with tomato paste, salt, pepper, oregano, parsley, garden herbs and cayenne pepper. Let everything simmer a little longer.
Finally, switch off the stove and stir in 100 grams of sour cream, do not bring to the boil.
