Peel the king prawns and remove the intestines. Chop the clove of garlic and chilli pepper into small pieces. Place the prawns, chilli pepper and garlic in soy sauce and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Hollow out the zucchini and cut into small cubes. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan and sauté the zucchini briefly. Salt, pepper and then add the prawns with the chilli pepper and garlic and fry until done.
In the meantime, stir the 4 eggs, add the milk and season with salt and pepper to taste. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in another pan, add the eggs and fry over medium heat.
To serve, the omelette is topped with the shrimp and zucchini filling and folded in the middle to create a crescent moon.
