Finely chop the onions. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and fry it with the onions. In the meantime, cut the zucchini and eggplant into rather small cubes. Press the garlic into the minced meat. Add vegetables and canned tomatoes and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Stir the creme fraiche with the cream into the meat, season with the spices to taste really hot.
Cook the noodles al dente and serve with the sauce. The sauce also goes very well with boiled potatoes.
