Peel the potatoes and grate them finely. Add eggs and flour and stir. Add a little more flour if you feel like it, as every potato is different, but not too much, otherwise it will not taste good.
Spread the dough thinly on a cookie lid, bake it out and rub the lid with the bacon beforehand with each new oven spot.
The lid must be really hot, otherwise the dough will stick.
Good butter or applesauce tastes very good with it.
Tip:
You can also use a cast iron pan instead of a place lid.
