Peel the potatoes and cut into large cubes. Wash the soup vegetables, peel if necessary and also cut into large cubes. Put in a pot and fill up with water so that it is approx. 2 cm above the contents of the pot. Add allspice, bay leaf, salt and pepper and then take out the bay leaf and allspice grains for about 25 minutes and puree everything with the hand blender.
Cut the onions into cubes and fry in oil until the onion pieces are (dark) brown. Chop the sausages and fry them too. Put both in the pot. Season with salt and pepper and possibly Maggi, bring to the boil and serve.
At the table, add chilled pieces of pickled cucumber and chopped parsley.
