In the meantime, prepare the marinade with the remaining ingredients. To do this, put the meat salad in a large bowl. After the potatoes are fully cooked, let them cool down and then peel them off and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Then pour the prepared marinade over the potatoes and stir everything together. Then season again and season again if necessary. If you like, you can refine the potato salad with 2 boiled eggs and / or an apple cut into cubes.
