Instructions

  1. Bring all ingredients to a boil in a large saucepan and cook for about 3 minutes.
  2. Pour the jelly into either 3 large or 6 small glasses. Close the glasses, turn them upside down and let stand for about 10 minutes. Then turn it over and let it cool, I put it in the fridge.
  3. I add rum, bitter almond or lemon aroma or lemon juice to the mulled wine. The orange juice can be exchanged for apple juice or mango juice. You only have to adjust the amount of vanilla sugar for sweet juice or leave it out if you don`t want it to be so sweet.
