Finely dice the onion, dice the sausage into bite-sized pieces, and dice peppers and tomatoes.
Fry the onion cubes and sausage in hot oil, add the tomato paste, roast briefly, dust the whole with flour, deglaze with water. Add the diced peppers and tomatoes, stir, season with paprika powder, caraway seeds, marjoram, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Stir again. Let simmer for about 30 minutes over medium heat. Season to taste if necessary.
The sausage goulash should have a creamy consistency.
This goes well with rice, noodles, spaetzle and a green salad.
