- Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the packet.
- Fry the minced meat, finely chopped onions and chopped garlic, deglaze with the tomatoes and season, cook for 20 minutes.
- Dice the salami and ham and add the sliced mushrooms, continue cooking for 5 minutes. Finally add the cream and let simmer for another 5 minutes.
