Cut the steak into pieces. Peel the carrots and cut into slices. Clean the leek and cut into rings.
Bring the water to the boil and add the meat and stock cubes. Stir until the cubes have dissolved. Then you should let the broth boil for approx. 45 - 60 minutes.
Add the carrots and leek and cook until the carrots are soft. Now add the soup noodles and cook again until the noodles are cooked through. Season to taste and serve hot.
