- Beat the cream with a pinch of salt. It shouldn`t be too tight. If necessary, it can be sweetened with a little vanilla sugar.
- Crumble the meringue into small pieces and pour into dessert glasses. Scatter the frozen berries on top and cover with the whipped cream.
- Put the jars in the refrigerator for 2 hours. The thawing berries soak the meringue crumbs.
- Before serving, grate the dark chocolate over it and garnish the cream with it.
