Instructions

  1. You don`t want to have to think about what to add to your salad dressing for today`s salad? Then you are exactly right here!
  2. My Simple, but great! Salad Sauce is not only simple but goes well with all green leaf salads, including vegetables. (maybe red lettuce too, I haven`t tried that yet). And now I tell you how to do it:
  3. It is best to use a sealable container for sealing and shaking. Add the salt, pepper and garlic granules. Now add the vinegar so that the salt dissolves well. Stir briefly and add the mustard. Now add the rapeseed oil and seal the container. Shake everything until everything is connected.
  4. Now add the herbs (you can also decide to taste here). Close again and shake well again.
  5. You should now have about 300 ml of salad dressing. Store in the refrigerator and use in the next time for approx. 3 - 5 salads - depending on how much salad is being made.
  6. Now just pour over the salad of your choice, add a small shot of water, mix everything and you`re done!
  7. Tip: Our favorite combination with the salad sauce is iceberg lettuce, some rocket, carrots, fennel, celery and radishes.
