Instructions

1. Process all ingredients into a shortcrust pastry. If the dough is not firm enough just add another tablespoon or two of flour.
2. The dough is wrapped in cling film and placed in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. When the time is up, roll out the dough thinly and cut out the cookies.
3. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Then bake the cookies for about 10 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar.
4. Tip: Don`t save with the cocoa powder!
