Finely chop the couverture and melt in the cream in a saucepan over medium heat while stirring. Do not let cook!
Then take it off the stove and let it cool down - then stir in the liqueur and put it in the fridge for at least 5 hours.
Beat the mixture well with the hand mixer and pour into cups. Decorate with cocoa, rasps, rolls (cappucino filling) and couverture and put back in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Serve with cream.
