Mix the water, flour, yeast, sugar, salt and oil in a bowl with a lid with the dough hook of a hand mixer. Close the lid and let the dough rise until the lid pops open by itself (takes about 45 minutes). Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Press the ciabatta into shape and dust with flour.
