Mix all ingredients and work into a smooth dough. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for about 1/2 hour.
Then roll out the dough thickly on the floured work surface with little force. Cut out biscuits with cookie cutters and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Leave some space between each cookie.
Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes.
